As we’ve gotten used already, Pedro Alonso is back with a new behind the scenes interview from the set of La Casa De Papel. Every Thursday the official account of the show posts another episode from Pedro’s incursion on the set. In addition to the general presentation, Pedro also started to make short interviews with members of the cast. And, this week’s interview is with Belen Cuesta.
Belen plays Manila in the show. Initially infiltrated as one of the hostages, in the end, Manila proved to be the double agent the gang needed. In a scene from the final episode she successfully shoots Arturo Roman. However, the action brought the sympathy of the fans as he’s considered one of the most annoying characters in the series.
First of all, Pedro asks Belen about the experience of being part of the cast. They talk about how she received the call from Netflix inviting her to be part of the show. In addition, Belen reveals that she had to decide if she’ll play the role pretty fast. But, in the end, she says that she enjoys the experience so far.
